A civilized country’s language, culture, civility, originality and the main obstacles to development are bribery and corruption. Can’t even think of development, bribery, and corruption. Democracy, bribery, and corruption cannot do wrong. Bribery and corruption are the main factors in any country’s development, democracy, civilization, culture, language, values and ethics. Bribery, corruption creates class inequality and income inequality. Corruption creates stability in the dynamic economy of the country. Moral disaster of people occurs through bribery and corruption. Human-to-human conflict, murder, robbery, drug-addled rape, juvenile gangs, torture, disappearances etc. are rampant. However, it is true that all the people of a country are not corrupt or corrupt. The number of corrupt people is negligible. When we magnify the crimes of others to cover up our own, the corrupt are indulged, the bribe-takers are encouraged, and the state seeks refuge in power. There is no alternative to stop bribery and corruption if we want to speed up and accelerate our development, make the country a developed country. Corruption must be curbed before it becomes an epidemic. If not, the country’s development, economy, industry, education, research, and health will fall flat. Nepotism, illegal exercise of power and political telepathy are the main causes of corruption. The opportunity to legitimize illegal earnings encourages corruption in the country. Using the label of the ruling party and not taking any effective action against them is another major cause of corruption and looting. Sometimes we take a position in favor of corruption and looting without realizing it. Bribery, corruption, looting, smuggling, debt collectors are always a curse for a country. They are almost impossible to stop without changes in the social infrastructure. Corruption and looting cannot be prevented if state and social institutions are not kept free from party influence. Corruption has become like a deadly cancer in our country’s governance system. Just as cancer cannot be cured if it is treated in the first step to prevent it, it becomes a great danger signal for the country and the nation if it is not prevented first. According to the calculations of the economic association, 75 thousand crores of taka are smuggled out of the country every year. The success of the government has been challenged due to institutional irregularities and corruption. Because there is bribery and corruption, there is an increase in money laundering abroad, an increase in the number of debtors, smuggling, drug dealing, crime and the number of criminals is increasing. Because there is bribery and corruption, the businessmen are grabbing thousands of crores of rupees by increasing the liquid price by syndicating. We respect the big thieves, bribers, corrupt people, consider them ideals. Moral decay is everywhere. Losing the sense of shame.
Among institutional corruption, service institutions such as Land Office, Passport Office, Health, WASA, Food, Police Prosecution, LGRD, LGED, Port, Railway, Aviation, BRTC, BRT etc. are at the top of corruption. Whose interest is this corruption? Some individuals or the interest of the state? One thing we need to keep in mind i.e. those who will stop this corruption of the state should remember that the individual can never be more important and powerful than the state. The individual becomes important and powerful only in the need of the state. If the discipline of the state is broken due to bribery, corruption, looting, smuggling, debt collectors, that state cannot move forward. We want to take our beloved motherland, Bangladesh, bought with the blood of lakhs of martyrs, far ahead. They gave their lives for the dream of Sonar Bengal. We want to establish that golden bangla.But if someone at the top of the state says about any issue or image of corruption, these are dirty deeds, on the other hand, criminals and corrupt people are getting support for bigger crimes and corruption. A common man can say whatever he wants but that too should be within his limits. But we believe that any responsible person of the state should think about making any comment about anything. Because we learn and will learn from them. The infrastructural development of the country is constantly being destroyed due to the corruption of individuals and contractors. In some places, the infrastructural development is breaking down during the work, we can know it thanks to the media. Corruption is aided by the accusative adjectives bribes and percentages. And it is paid by the common people of the country and subsidized by the state. Corruption has also increased with the tide of socio-economic development. Corrupt people are always under the umbrella of the ruling party. I don’t know how many others like me were hurt by seeing the names of bribe takers, robbers, corruptors, drug dealers and smugglers, prominent social workers, philanthropists etc. Due to corruption, a class of people are becoming banyan trees overnight. The state is almost silent about them. This silence of the country is encouraging others in bribery, corruption, looting, smuggling, debt collectors. Due to corruption, the government institutions and organizations are not functioning impartially and transparently. Lack of justice and lengthy process of trial is a major cause of corruption. A mass awakening is needed to curb corruption. The failure and success of a state depends on how vocal, how strict and how much it is able to prevent bribery, corruption, looting, smuggling, debtors. Bribery, robbers, corruptors, drug dealers and smugglers are as terrible a danger to the society and a nation as they are to a political party, to the democratic practice of a state. Corruption has started building a nest in society. It is a form of terrorism. Fostering corruption creates social crisis. Corruption deprives individuals, society and the state of justice. Therefore, before removing the cover, the poison teeth must be broken. If there is no responsibility to the country, to the people, if there is no democratic practice, if there is no political commitment, integrity and accountability, it is not possible to prevent bribery, corruption, looting, smuggling, debt collectors.
Can’t end up being the angel of corruption. We all know more or less about corruption, about corrupt people. We cannot say that because of fear and lack of social unity and social movement. Corrupt people are pushing society and state towards darkness. Profitable state institutions are turning into losses due to corruption. A democratic government cannot escape the responsibility of corruption. For the sake of the country and the people of the country, bribery, corruption, looting, smuggling, debt collectors should be prevented at any cost. If we can stop the smuggling of illegal earnings abroad, the vast majority of corruption will be curbed. Social structure should be changed. Strict enforcement of the law must be ensured. The path of law enforcement should always be kept clear and unobstructed. The judicial process should be maintained and the trial should be stopped. Whoever is guilty must be brought to justice and be given appropriate trial and punishment. Bribery, corrupt, looters, smugglers, debtors, drug dealers after being proven, all their assets should be confiscated and deposited in the state sector. Bribery, corruption, looting, smuggling, debtors can be prevented if the state and government rise above individual interests and supervise the country and people’s rights. We hope that the government will fulfill the dream of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by gifting us a golden Bangladesh free from bribery, corruption, looting, smuggling, debt collectors. In this case, we believe that the government will not make any compromise with bribery, corruption, looting, smuggling, debtors.

Bribery trade in offices is now an open secret. Everyone knows no one says anything. Bribery Trading It seems that giving and receiving bribes has become an office ritual. The recruitment trade is going hand in hand with the bribery trade. Now recruitment of talent is done by hand. Now the political leaders are controlling the entire recruitment. From small leader to big leader. The whole thing is a syndicate. What was not supposed to happen is happening. Bribe trade and recruitment trade run parallel. Bribery trade is increasing due to recruitment trade and recruitment trade is also due to bribery trade. The question paper leak is also the result of these two trades. It is hard to find a sector where bribery and recruitment are not practiced. This trade has harmful effects on individual life, family life, social life and national development. Crime tendency, family breakdown is increasing. There is increasing loosening and hostility in family and social ties and relationships. The current gang culture is a product of this trade. The harmful effects of bribery and recruitment are long-term. Social disorder, immoral relations, murder, torture, rape, kidnapping, moral degradation etc. are getting excessive.
Some unscrupulous people turn into banana trees with swollen fingers overnight. And we, the people and the whole country, are paying the bills. The country’s development and dynamic economy cannot be held hostage to a few people. If this continues, the development and economy of the country will come to a standstill and create a terrible crisis. Most of the banks are almost bankrupt due to bribery. Intellectual creativity is being destroyed. Talents are being deprived of their deserved rights and we are depriving the whole country of the services of talents. We are going backwards, going backwards from the country’s economy, national development and creative inventions. Bribery and recruitment trade are creating other social problems. The social and political economy of criminals is increasing. Bribery trade and recruitment trade must be stopped at any cost and strong resistance must be put in place to foster national growth and dynamic economy and develop creative talent. Bribery trade and recruitment trade will not stop if there is no hus among the people. In addition to these two, the government has to play and take a more effective and exemplary role against all other crimes. If you want, you can easily overthrow the state bribery trade and recruitment trade. They are not more powerful than the state. They are under the state. If the weeds are not nurtured then they surround them like octopuses then it becomes a responsibility to save lives. People should be more vocal against bribe takers. We have to come forward with this slogan, if the bribery trade and recruitment trade is stopped, the country will be developed. I agree with the Chairman of the ACC, if we can determine the amount of wealth of government officials, employees, political leaders, if we can stop the bribery trade and recruitment trade. Corruption will be greatly reduced. Mass media campaigns against bribery and recruitment trade and to inculcate patriotism should be adopted and implemented. Apart from the punishment, there should also be an arrangement of rewards. If someone is found guilty of bribery and recruitment, he shall be socially humiliated and all his movable and immovable property shall be confiscated and deposited in the state treasury. Only then can we build a true Sonar Bengal and show due respect to the honor of three lakh martyrs and three lakh mothers and sisters. Otherwise, the spirit of the liberation war will never be realized. One more thing we have to consider very seriously. Lately it is heard that the patient died due to wrong treatment. Doctors today have become too commercial, forgetting their professional duties. We are almost hostage to the medical field. Doctors were once revered as gods and now doctors are considered as messengers. You have to come back from this situation. Be free from the illusion of money and fulfill more professional responsibilities. And if not, our health sector will face a big threat in the next ten years. Ethical values and social responsibility for doctors should be included in the syllabus. Doctors should believe in medical care, not business. And if this cannot be believed and accepted, we believe there is no need for hope in the medical profession. Let’s build the beautiful Bangladesh of the future with the united efforts of all. If corruption and looting can be stopped, Bangladesh will be one of the countries in the developed world by 2030.
