JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with the authorities of BSEC, DSE, and CSE as necessary to facilitate effective communication for the IPO process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting duties.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IPO process.
