On this occasion, a discussion meeting, prayer ceremony were organized at the bank’s head office, all branches and sub-branches across the country on Sunday (29 Sept).
Chairman of the Board Khwaja Shahriar delivered speech as the chief guest at the event.
Presided by Managing Director and CEO Farman R. Chowdhury Directors of the Bank Md. Shahin Ul Islam and Md. Abdul Wadud spoke at the ceremony. Directors Professor Dr. Mohammed Abu Eusuf and Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA were present at the event, says a press release.
Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank Syed Masudul Bari, Muhammed Nadim, Md. Fazlur Rahman Chowdhury, Md. Asaduzzaman Bhuiyan, Mohammed Hossain, Departmental head and senior Executives were present at the ceremony. Senior Executives of the Bank, Zonal Head, Branch Managers, Sub-Branch In-charges, Valued Clients and well-wishers joined the event virtually as well.

In the speech of the chief guest, Chairman of the Bank Khawaja Shahriar said that Al-Arafah Islami Bank has been playing an important role in the country’s agriculture, economy, trade, industry and infrastructure.

Besides, he extended his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the customers, well-wishers, patrons and regulatory bodies of the Bank on this auspicious occasion.
Managing Director and CEO Farman R. Chowdhury said Al Arafah Islami Bank has been providing services to customers sincerely since its inception.
