Requirements:
Education:
Graduate/ Post-graduate from a UGC-approved institution with a satisfactory academic track record.

At least 1 year
Additional Requirements:
One year of working experience is preferred in corporate communication. However, a fresher can also apply.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Strong command of the Microsoft Office package, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Be resourceful and innovative and have relevant brand communication and marketing knowledge.

BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Communication Division:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain CSR project MIS and prepare the half-yearly CSR reports for regulators and monthly CSR updates for Board Members, ManCom, and the Sustainable Finance Unit/Committee (SFU/SFC).
Manage sponsorship requests according to BRAC Bank guidelines and communicate with applicants regarding BRAC Bank’s response.
Collaborate with other teams to align data and information required for CSR and sponsorships.
Coordinate with external parties in social and cultural activities to promote the organization’s corporate image.
Encourage co-workers to participate in CSR initiatives.
Develop CSR case studies and promote the bank’s CSR initiatives through external and internal communication channels.
Develop a comprehensive database of past, present, and future CSR activity reports to communicate with local media and highlight achievements. Prepare all support materials.
